    You have to reach us on our WhatsApp number (+91 9310674110), and further details will be shared there. Payment must be made in advance to confirm your slot.

  • What are the appropriate timings to reach out on WhatsApp for session booking or any other query?
    You can reach out to us through WhatsApp texts 24*7, and we will respond within a time frame of a few hours. Calling is not appreciated without a request for it.

  • Are sessions available on weekends?
    Yes, we have our services functional from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is our weekly off.

  • Do you provide therapy over text/chat?
    No, we do not provide therapy over text or chat. We only provide audio-video and in-person consultations.

  • Do I need to prepare anything for the first session?
    No special preparation is needed for your first session. However, it can be helpful to reflect on why you’re seeking therapy, any specific issues you would like to address, and your expectations from the process.

  • What happens if I am a minor?
    Confidentiality of the individual shall be protected, but the consent and presence (if required) of an adult caregiver for therapy are necessary.

  • How many sessions do I need to take?
    The number of sessions varies based on individual needs, the issues being addressed, and therapy goals. After assessing your concerns, your therapist can provide a rough timeline during the initial sessions.

  • Are there trial/free sessions available?
    No, we do not offer any free or trial sessions.
